This Privacy Policy defines how RAMP GARAGE/WORKSHOP app collects and uses user's personal and non-personal information and data in our mobile applications (available for smart phones and tablets).

In brief, this app is built to help garages/workshops in organising and structuring their operations, implementing cost control, stopping inventory theft and waste, increasing repeat business, establishing employee productivity, and creating a professional identity. This app shall be used by the Employees of those garages who opted to use this solution from Shanrohi Technologies Private Limited. Only users who have been given Login access by the admin can use the app services. Registered users will have their mobile number as login and a real time OTP will be sent as a password to login.

• We use images and free images banner to show the required information in the application.

Permissions we use

• Camera

We do not hold any data or user information on our own servers. We won't send any information or data to our servers. it is used to post the missing Images on the application.

As part of RAMP GARAGE/WORKSHOP app, user captures the images using mobile front and back cameras on the device. The captured images are stored on the phone's storage and server is involved to share the images in app. The captured images are used with the permission of user.

• Phone State

We do not take or store any information of user messages inbox date on our server.

As the user requires to Login every time via OTP, App reads the messages inbox to auto fill OTP

• Read Contacts

Our app does not read or store any information regards to the phone contacts neither it stores any information on the server.

In app we show the details of the vehicle owners and a button to call them is provided. On clicking the same, app posts the mobile number on mobile dialer for quick connect.

• External storage

RAMP GARAGE/WORKSHOP app uses external storage to access the gallery for using the pic for posting in the app, or use the pdf(invoice/job-card) to share the information through whatspp/email with the vehicle owners who are registered in the app.
